The Emerging Leaders Cohort Program is tailored for future leaders, emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and those at the beginning of their leadership journey. It’s also designed for managers aspiring to transition into leadership roles. This comprehensive program encompasses the foundational elements of leadership, including self-awareness through DISC and communication assessments, leadership development skills, and transformative group coaching sessions. Our aim is to equip and empower emerging leaders to lead themselves and their teams effectively. The program incorporates personalized growth plans and offers a live experimental learning environment.

How the Program Works:

The program is entirely virtual. Once an organization enrolls, its emerging leaders can access online content at their convenience. They actively participate in live online group coaching sessions every Tuesday at 8 p.m. These sessions are recorded for participants to revisit at their own pace. During the program, participants partner with classmates for accountability and networking purposes. They benefit from coaching, tackle real workplace challenges, engage in experiential learning, and access numerous resources, including professional development templates, role-play activities, self-coaching questions, and more.
