The Emerging Leaders Cohort Program is tailored for future leaders, emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and those beginning their leadership journey. It’s also designed for managers aspiring to transition into leadership roles. This comprehensive intensive program encompasses the foundational elements of leadership, including self-awareness through DISC and communication assessments, leadership development skills, and transformative group coaching sessions. Our aim is to equip and empower emerging leaders to lead themselves and their teams effectively. The program incorporates personalized growth plans and offers a live experimental learning environment. The program provides continuing professional education (CPEs) through the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) for water and wastewater operators in Virginia.

How the Program Works:
The program is entirely virtual. Participants receive group coaching sessions every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. for six consecutive weeks, where they tackle real workplace challenges and engage in experiential learning, role-play activities, self-coaching questions, and more. Participants partner with peers for accountability and networking purposes. All participants can access online courses critical for successful leadership and numerous resources, including professional development templates and activities to support their teams.
