How the Program Works:
The program is entirely virtual. Once an organization enrolls, its leaders can access online content at their convenience. They actively participate in live online group coaching sessions every Wednesday at 9 a.m. These sessions are recorded for participants to revisit at their own pace. During the program, participants partner with classmates for accountability and networking purposes. They benefit from coaching, tackle real workplace challenges, engage in experiential learning, and access numerous resources, including professional development templates, role-play activities, self-coaching questions, and more.
